It honestly depends on your tolerance to risk and commitment. As I said in the video, if you're comfortable waiting over a year to start getting some sales, then any free traffic method would be fine. But if you're a more committed entrepreneur then you'll want to learn how to use paid traffic (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc) to make a positive ROI.
