How To Get Started With
An Online Business

Hi, I'm James Francis. Nice to meet you!

Back in 2008, I was unhappy with my life and made the decision to start my own business using the Internet. My goal was to create something that would provide a truly free lifestyle for myself and my future family (as I was just 18 years old at the time!), while helping others around the world.

Since then, we've helped over 100,000 entrepreneurs and small businesses from over 30 different countries around the world to turn their interests and passions into a profitable online business, while living their perfect lifestyle.

I'm guessing you're visiting this website because you too are unhappy with your current situation. You want more out of life than "just getting by" and want to start and grow a successful online venture to change your life for the better.

If that's the case, you're in the right place.

Through our training programs, coaching program and "done for you" services, we've generated over $20MM in net profit for our clients. Nothing is based on theory - we only teach what is proven to work through testing and experience.

We've discovered there are four main areas which lead to a profitable online business...

Step #1:
Choose A Profitable Niche

Right now people all over the world need your help.

They could need help with their health, their wealth, their relationships, or anything else they go through on a daily basis.

We've even had clients help people with homesteading, survival, the Law Of Attraction, stress reduction and many more.

It's your task to identify which topics you either have experience with or are interested in, and connect your passions to other people's problems.

Once you have a list of ideas, research their profitability to see if they will be profitable in the long term.

The goal is to choose a niche that you would be excited to get out of bed in the morning for, while being profitable enough to achieve your dream lifestyle.

But remember, if you market to everyone, you market to no one. So be specific!

Step #2:
Know Your Prospect

A common mistake most people make after choosing their niche is trying to sell something you think is a good idea rather than what your prospects want to buy.

That's why it's so important to research your prospects so you know them like the back of your hand. Once you know what they want to buy - and how they want to buy it - it's simply a matter of presenting it to them.

You should know your prospects' physical attributes (e.g. age, gender, location, income, etc) and also their mental attributes (e.g. what they think, what they feel, their frustrations, etc) to build a complete picture of who you're marketing to and how you can help them in the best way possible.

Plus, it's much easier to meet an existing demand than try to create demand from scratch. This means you don't need to be the next Elon Musk - you just need to be seen helping them to the best of your ability.

Step #3:
Find Or Create A Solution

Now you know what your prospects want to buy and how they want to buy it, you need to sell them a solution in a zero friction way, while being completely authentic.

You have two choices here:

1) Find somebody else's product which is already profitable and sell that as an affiliate, earning commissions for every sale you generate.

2) Create your own products (or hire someone to create them for you), build your own brand, and be in control of both the value you provide and the rest of the sales process.

While the second option is typically 10X more profitable in the long term (in addition to building your legacy), the important thing is to always ensure you're delivering incredible value to people.

Step #4:
Sell Your Solution Profitably

While most people recoil in horror about the thought of having to "sell" anything, the selling process doesn't have to be scary.

In fact, when done correctly, it shouldn't feel like traditional selling at all.

It's simply a matter of reaching the people who need help via proven online advertising methods, presenting your solution to them on a website that demonstrates how valuable it is to them, and getting them to pay for it right there and then.

Plus, because everything is online, you can set up the sales process once, automate it, and have it generating sales for you whether you're at your laptop or not.

From there, you'll start to see what works well and what doesn't, allowing you to "course correct" and focus on the winners to generate a positive ROI.

Once you're getting $2 out for every $1 you put into the business, it's fairly easy to scale your profit to above $10k per month and beyond from there.
